The promoters of the flagship entity, from diverse business backgrounds, on the strength of the business experience of over a decade, especially in marketing concepts and products, joined hands to foray into real estate business in the year 2003. To begin with, the promoters were involved in only marketing real estate projects. With the passage of time and the growth of business acquaintances, the promoters drawing inspirations from the successful marketing deliveries, surged into full-fledged real estate business venture. With the objective of making a corporate mark in the real estate industry, the promoters started with the first private limited company “Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Pvt. Ltd.” in the year 2005.
The company took a giant step in 2015 and converted into a public limited company and also got listed on BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). The IPO of the company was flooded with investors and the issue was oversubscribed 140%. The company received investments from retail investors, HNI and institutions.

The business operations comprise the identification/acquisition of land and development and marketing the land/ projects. The registered office of the group is situated at No. 224, 3rd Floor, S.S.Complex, 14th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore – 560 003, Karnataka, India.
The promoters are into the business line of development and sale of residential layouts. The promoters have steadily built the real estate business since its inception in 2003. The company have developed 4.40 Million Sq. Feets of projects spread across Bangalore. The company is coming up with various new projects in Bangalore.
The group has demonstrated a strong track record in execution of real estate projects and has developed significant expertise and competencies in this field. With the objective to leverage its strengths to expand the real estate opportunities and grow the business at a significantly faster pace.
