Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Ltd. is a public limited company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The company was originally formed as a private limited company incorporated in the year 2005. It was converted into public limited company in the year 2015. The company is also listed on Bombay Stock Exchange. It was formed with the objective of creating a corporate brand in its business line of real estate development and constructions.
The registered office of the company is situated at No. 224, 3rd Floor, S.S.Complex, 14th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore – 560 003, Karnataka, India.
The directors on the board of the company are Mr. Kailash D. Dubal, Mrs. Bhavika. K. Dubal and Mr. Sunil Surana. The promoters are in the industry since 2003 and formally formed the company in the year 2005.
